I am Maciej, (call me Magic) your professional Personal Trainer. I specialise in body confidence fitness through blending physical exercise with deep nutritional advice.
As well as training at the gym I can also train you at your home, workplace or local park. I’m based at Fat Al’s Gym in Shepperton. I cover most areas around, including Addlestone, Walton-on-Thames, Chertsey, Weybridge, Sunbury.
I am more than happy to speak to you, free of charge, to discuss your goals and should you be happy to proceed then I will conduct a full body analysis and fitness test before we begin the road to a healthier you!

1-1 Personal Training
I offer several services to meet your needs, including 1 to 1 personal training.
In these sessions, we will focus on your personal goals, whether that be weight loss, toning and muscle gain, general fitness or sport-specific. Personalised nutritional advice will also be provided to help get the most out of your sessions.
Training with others
Sessions can be arranged for you and a friend or family member at a discounted rate if you benefit from training with others. This can be a more cost-effective way to receive professional personal training, and can be a good way to remain motivated to continue with your plan.

About me
After losing 7 stone and completely transforming my physique, I am a personal trainer who assists others in achieving the fantastic results they always wanted.
I have had a passion for health and fitness from a young age, competing at a professional level in swimming, soccer and tennis.
Later in life I became interested in, and began practising Hatha Yoga by the Iyengar method for six years. This intensive practice completely transformed my mind and body. My next challenge was the triathlon. This amazing sport taught me to always challenge my limitations, and believe in my ability to do things I never thought I would be able to.
Finally, I’ve found my home at the gym and have qualified as a Personal Trainer. I graduated Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training course with YMCA Fitness Industry Training.
It is important to recognise that diet is crucial to improvement in your health and fitness. Diet is very important because it affects both your mind and body. I personally follow a plant-based (vegan) diet but am able to provide appropriate nutritional advice for everyone, regardless of your dietary needs.
